Martha Duff has returned to NPNS as the Assistant Director. She previously taught the 2’s and 4’s at NPNS and taught for 15 years in Atlanta and Nashville. Martha has a B.S. degree in Child Psychology from the University of Alabama. She taught and did testing at the University’s Preschool and taught teenagers at Bryce Mental Hospital. Before teaching, Martha managed a Design Showroom in Atlanta. Martha is an active member of NPC where she has been a deacon and chaired the Women's Retreat.

Cathie Viola joined the staff at NPNS in December 2000. Cathie holds an undergraduate degree in Education, a Masters in Early Childhood Administration and is credentialed in Day Care Administration. She is also a Head Teacher and Early Childhood Consultant for the State of Connecticut. In addition Cathie is a certified family and marriage therapist and parent coach with a limited private practice in New York.
