2013 Memorial Donations for Advent Music
If you would like to make a donation in memory of a loved one towards the cost of Advent and
Christmas Eve music, please fill out the form below and place it in the offering plate or bring it to the
church office. Please make your check payable to NPC and note in the memo section “Advent Music”.
Memorial donations can be given in the amount of your choice.
Donations Should Be Received No Later Than:
