n March 17, NPC had
a visit from Brandon
Neike, Area Director of Young
Life. Brandon came to all four
services and gave a “Moment
for Mission” testimony about the
work of Young Life Darien and
Rowayton. Brandon thanked NPC for
the decades long partnership and support that we have
given to Young Life which is
reaching out onto the mission
field of Darien High School
and Middlesex Middle School
with the good news of Christ.
Young Life and Wyldlife are
thriving, but always welcome
more adult volunteers and

This month there are two exciting events coming up!
On April 11th, the Open Door Shelter is having their
30th Anniversary Annual Gala Dinner
. Their special
guest will be Mo Vaughn the baseball star who grew
up in Norwalk and played for the Red Sox. This will
be a great chance to support the Shelter, and enjoy
some fellowship with some of the NPC members who
are attending. There will also be a silent auction and
any children who attend will be given an autographed

tickets ($150 each) NPC has supported and served at
the Shelter for many years.
Later in the month we will have a
WorldVision Event
in Horton Hall after the 10.30 a.m. service. (April 28,
2013). All are welcome to come and help pack Hygiene
Kits which will be distributed to those in disaster/
emergency situations. This event is great fun for all the
family. Please look out for the online sign-up.
